Resources

At the University of Calgary, we preferentially allocate financial resources and direct fundraising efforts to our highest principles and priorities.  The paramount criterion for selective allocation of resources is "quality".  The pursuit of quality requires us to judiciously  balance allocations to areas fundamental to a strong teaching and research university with allocations to selected areas of strategic priority singled out for particular attention.  In doing so, we ensure that we balance society's needs and ambitions for the University of Calgary with our own sense of purpose, priority, and potiential.
