Since being co-awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for his documentary, “An Inconvenient Truth,” Al Gore has been training individuals throughout the globe to help disseminate the science of climate change. He is bringing his training program to Canada this weekend.

Kate and Tara are excited to be two of approximately 200 Canadians in attendance. The training begins on Friday evening with Mr. Gore giving the slideshow that started it all. The following two days are packed with guest speakers and training sessions outlining current climate change issues. Tara and Kate will return home on Monday, April 7 armed with many new ideas and the material they need to set up an exciting and informative series of presentations here in Calgary.
