Day 2 at the conference was yet another eye opening expereience. The morning session gathered some of the biggest powerhouses in the oil and gas industry for a heating discussion on the deliverablility challenges and the security of supply and demand of energy.

It featured such speakers as: Mr. Chengyu Fu: President, CNOOC, Mr. Sergey Shmatko - Minister of Energy, Russia H.E Chakib Khelil - President of Conference of OPEC, Minister of Energy and Mines, Algeria, Mr. Christophe de Margerie: CEO, Total and Mr. Rex W. Tillerson - Chairman and CEO, ExxonMobil. Following that session we went to several breakout sessions and has the chance to visit all the exhibition booths around the conference area.

As part of our time here all the Canadian Youth Delegates (whom are all mostly from the UofC) has the chance to man the Canadian booth and talk with delegates from around the world about issues pertaining to Canada's energy industry.

It early into the third day but I am sure that there is much more ahead.
