Funding Announcement

According to President Harvey Weingarten: "The University of Calgary's drive for innovation will receive a funding boost when premier Ed Stelmach and Minister Doug Horner visit campus. All staff, faculty and students are invited to hear the announcement first-hand beginning at 1 p.m. Details of the funding will be announced publicly and will be good news for the university's ambitious plans."

The news event begins at 1 p.m., in the Engineering Student Lounge, Engineering Block E. 
A pre-event barbecue begins at 12:30 p.m. in the foyer of the Engineering Block C.
