The University of Calgary's Rothney Astrophysical Observatory (RAO) in partnership with the Royal Astronomical Society and the Telus World of Science is observing the lunar eclipse. We will have a spectacular view of this celestial event and you can watch the moon turn bright orange, blood red, to dark brown. The RAO will feature talks on eclipse phenomena, as well as sky viewing on our observation terrace. Admission is free, donations gratefully accepted.
