mainstageThis year’s Mainstage Dance 2008 presents the work of five choreographers who create the synergy and syntax of movement from very diverse creative perspectives. Contemporary Dance creators Melanie Kloetzel, Milan Kozànek and Wojciech Mochniej will join with Ballet Choreographer Lindsay Walsh and Hip Hop Artist Tara Wilson to present an edgy, humorous and sacred look at the mind and body of contemporary culture. These mature artists will engage students in the BA Dance Program, in an insightful process of creation and performance. Dynamic, subtle, reverent and satirical, the evening promises to move, excite, inspire and touch.
