Your dietary choices can have a direct effect on your health (in a positive or negative way). Current researchers have discovered various proactive foods and nutrients to manage and/or reduce your risk of major diseases, such as cardiovascular disease & cancer. This presentation describes these easily incorporated proactive dietary strategies for optimal health.
