Description

This noon-hour session offers information about how to start and keep running to stay healthy. Facilitator Colleen Parsons Olson will walk you through the top ten tips to follow when starting a running program. Colleen has been running for over 21 years and has participated in races of varying length from 10km to a 60km ultra marathon.
