Sea Kayaking Mexico’s Baja Peninsula

Description

Don’t miss the opportunity to virtually explore the sheltered waters of the Sea of Cortez and the blue waters near Loreto, Baja California Sur in Mexico. Calum Macdonald, a seasoned sea-kayaking guide, gives a visual glimpse into this unique trip with the Outdoor Centre. Learn what a Baja tour by sea kayak is like – topics cover the unique marine life, coastal terrain and a variety of activities, including snorkeling, hiking, beach combing, whale sighting and camping along this lush coastal desert area.

Calum has been working at the Outdoor Centre since 1982 and has extensive knowledge in sea kayaking. With over 20 years in guiding experience, Cal is a certified lead guide with the Sea Kayak Guides Alliance of B.C. and has led countless trips in Canada and abroad including the Baja in Mexico, the Queen Charlotte Islands in B.C., Cape Breton Island in Nova Scotia, Lake Powell in Utah and the Bay Islands in Honduras.

Trips to Baja Mexico are offered through the Outdoor Centre in November and February.
