We are honoured that you are considering the University of Calgary for your university degree. As we wrap up our 40th anniversary this year, we are also celebrating our significant investment in improving the student experience on campus. Improvements to technology, student spaces and services for students are complemented by an unprecedented $1.5-billion capital growth plan that will add capacity for more students and a host of new teaching and research opportunities. Included in this expansion are plans for a unique, on-campus residence for international students.

The University of Calgary values our international partnerships and welcomes students from around the world to contribute to the dynamic discussions and discoveries underway on campus every day. We have academic links with more 225 institutions around the world, and we now have 1,850 students studying at our university from more than 87 countries.
