U of A writer reads
as part of exchange

Author rob mclennan visits the University of Calgary for the annual writers-in-residence exchange between the Markin-Flanagan Distinguished Writers program and the University of Alberta.

Mclennan, this year’s U of A writer-in-residence, reads new poems and selections from Missing Persons, his novel-in-progress, on Monday, Feb. 11 at 7:30 p.m. at the Rozsa Centre.

Born in Ottawa in 1970, mclennan was raised on a sixth-generation dairy farm in Ontario. He is the author of 13 trade poetry collections and has published poetry, fiction, interviews, reviews and columns in more than 200 publications in 14 countries and in four languages.

The reading is free and open to the public. A reception and book signing will follow the reading.
