Monthly Reporting Requirements

Research Accounting is tasked every month to complete a number of financial statements or invoices required for specified timeframes. Generally a minimum of 300 statements or invoices are due each month, with a maximum of 1700 (March 31–year end statements). Most statements require signatures from the Principal Investigator. Please review the statements carefully, sign and send back as soon as possible so that we may meet the prescribed deadlines.

To help monitor your projects, e-Fin is the reporting tool available to the project holder and his/her delegates. If you need access or training to use e-Fin, please contact your Project Administrator.
